Insurance benefits vary by plan. Because of this, we may not know the details of your specific plan (i.e. percentages of reimbursement or specific treatments that are covered or not covered). Please check your insurance company prior to your appointment for details on eligibility and your plan’s specific benefits.

If you have BCBS or Delta Dental, you are responsible for the full cost of each visit at the time of service, as they will not pay us directly. We will submit the claim electronically for you to get reimbursed.
